I'm looking at putting a set of 975lbs straight rate springs that are 12" long on the front of my '92 Z28. Does anyone know what the length of a set of stock Z28 springs is? My car currently has cut stock springs in the front, so I can't use them for comparison. The reason I'm asking is that I need to know if these springs will drop the front, and if so, by how much. I run 707lb/in front 90 Iroc springs and they are plenty stiff. Why not weld up the struts and eliminate the springs? It will ride the same either way. J/K

heh - well, its not exactly a street car, so the high rate springs are more there to keep the nose from diving too hard under braking. .

Soooo... Anyone measure 'em out?
