what is required for changing A arm bushings?

did a search and didn't find very much information... what kinda shops do this? or how hard would it be for me to do it? i just go through taking off one of the ball joints and found it suprising easy... and want to continue upgrading everything else..

i use a muffler gun to remove them and a press to put them back in. there are several types of hand presses that would work or you could take them to a shop to be pressed out and back in.
