Car seems to float?

I have a 1991 Z-28 and when i'm on the highway at about 110-120 the car seems like it is lifting up and floating. It is pretty scary and I don't want to go over 120. Anybody know what causes that and what might help it. I'm guessing lowering it 2 inches all the way around might help it?
