here the situation..91 305 tbi ... installing 96 lt1 cam, 305 tpi heads -ported and with a valve job, edelbrock TES headers ,JET TBI adjustable fuel pres. reg., currently have jet stage 2 chip( came with the car ) .. also have currently on the car a edelbrock tbi intake.. k+n air filter... 2400 stall and 323 rear end.. now i know i need a custom chip( witch if anyone want to lend me a hand i could pay them for there chip and time ) but for right now i dont have the money for prom burning equipment yet so im gonna need help tunning this car.. give me some ideas like what the fuel perssure should be.. maybe like what to set the timing, other tuning help would be a great help...

You did the exact same mods that i plan to do in the summer. I think you should just bump your fuel pressure and timing alittle at a timing and go for test drives and see what works the best. Basically thats all you can do without some PROM burning equipment. By the way, as of now, how does she run, im very curious since i will be doing these mods myself.
ill let ya know when i get done.. im doing all that stuff within 2 weeks and i just wanted some tunning help before i statred but ill let ya know.. it should really liven up the car.. combined with the suspension mods and trans im hoping for low 14's..
I had a simular setup. After the LT1 cam swap my idle was way rich. I use a vacume adjustable fuel pressure regulator to help the problem. Fuel pressure at WOT worked best at 15 psi and droped to 9 psi at idle which helped corect the rich condition. I ran 8* timming. It was very drivable with the hypertec chip that came in the car.
