91 TBI camshaft info

Does anyone know the lift duration and all that good stuff about the stock cam on the 91 TBI camshaft?

What do you guys think about converting to a non roller hydraulic cam? I know that it will not last as long, but it is much cheaper. If its a big nono, just tell me. If you've done it without any problems that are of large significance id like to know what you guys would recommend for a pretty much stock system to put the cam in. I am looking in the range of 20-40 hp gains from a new cam.
