Need a good/cheap Vac AFPR
Need a good/cheap Vac AFPR, can anyone recommend one that won't cost a fortune.

1989 1500 Truck SB, 350 ci, 750 cfm Performer (RIP ported 454 tbi), Comp 222/226 @ .050 with .500 lift 114 deg LSA, 10.7 to 1 CR, Ported Vortecs, Flow Tech Headers, Edelbrock Air-Gap RPM Intake, 1.6 rollers, Custom UVEPROM, Walbro 255 pump, MSD Ignition, Dual 3" Dynomax, 3.73 posi, 700r4, Stage 2 Shift Kit, Vette Servo, cheap 3000 stall.

Shooting for high 13's (mid 13's corrected)

2001 Dodge Cummins 3/4 SLT Leather,Loaded, 39" mudders, 525hp & 1200 ft/lbs.

2001 ZR2 Blazer Loaded, K& N and chip. 31" mudders.

Other than a DIY vacuum mod to your existing factory FPR, the GM vFPR is probably the least expensive one (under US$50). The pn and description(s) & discussion are on a long thread on this forum. I think Cecil Smalley (NotDadsW41 ?) started it, last year sometime. Search for it.
