After LT1 Cam install, Valve adj done, still loose rockers? WTF

I installed my cam, did the valve lash with the #1 piston TDC and then rotated it 360 deg's,(#6 TDC) then did the rest when i did that i noticed that the rockers i adj with the #1 piston TDC where really loose, WTF. I thought all of them had to be tight. Can someone please help me out, i am lost and need help.

Most guys will set the valve lash by removing the valve covers and starting the engine, at idle it shouldn't be spraying oil or anything so you should be fine. The rockers will click, tighten them until they stop clicking and then go 1/4 turn more and you're set.

UPDATE.............

OK everyone, i finally found the problem was strictly operator error. I guess next time i should do the adj with the right piston on top dead center huh?? Yeah i am pretty dumb LOL.
