Look cool go fast.
TPI Does stand for tuned port injection, I do believe is question was related to that. Such as in a throttle body spacer
I have a question about the same thing. I have read all the claims of horsepower and mileage benefit. Would like to know if there's someone out there that has tried it and can give some advice.

nice, mr.gdr. I like that line that runs with the door handle. This might be apples and oranges (probably is) but the spacer (VMAX) made for the L31 vortec trucks (96-98) produces pretty good gains. I bet someone will chime in and respond, but TPI and MPFI vortec truck manifolds are pretty different.
Anyway, it's not that hard to put it on- give it a shot and see what happens. you can always take it off
I have a 1988 iroc, so I think I will give it a try. dont know what kind of power or mileage I have now... just fill it when it needs and race it when I need.
Thanks
to late,Just ordered one. I know the ones on the Harley Davidson's work a little. I guess I'll give it a try. The price of gas that's only two fill up's. ckeck to see if I get any better mileage. Have you tried one or is it just your opinion?

My dad ran one of these on his 2500hd and picked up about 2 or 3 mpgs, im put just a basic tbi spacer on my car but at the same time i put a fuel pressure regulator on goin from 11.5 to 13.5 psi so the add in fuel pressure kinda counteracted any mpg increase the spacer might of added
