350 Tbi

If I bought a 350 tbi unit and d=one the ultimate tbi mods would more tuning be neccesary? Also, would there be any gains to just doing this. I'm thinkin that it would be an improvement just not sure if I would need to burn a new chip
Thanks Scoty

The 305 and 350 TBI units were the same unit with different injectors. I would just take your current TBI unit and do the ultimate mods and wait till you have serious mods to get a larger TBI. The gains will be minumal but worth it and no new tuning will be needed.

I can get a complete 350 tbi unit at the local pick a part for a measly 20-30 bucks so I thought it would be good to grab and polish, if I screw it up then I'm out 20 bucks and my car is still running.

Nice ride you have shifty

those 350 injectors on that TBI are going to be too much for the 305, they will actually hurt performance if you have a stock engine.
