Ok guys got a set of nice chrome valve covers thanks to a fellow tbi'er i believe he's irockid85 or something on here. He hooked me up for a wicked deal but looking at em the stock covers have the oil fill on the drivers side rear of the cover and pcv on the drivers side front. The passenger has the breather hole on the rear. For the chromers to work the pcv would have to be on teh back and the oil fill on the front same as the pass side with the breatehr on the front instead of the back. Confused anyone yet?? The holes will be backwards from stock. I dont think there would be a problem but is it alright to just extend the pcv hose a little and run with the oil fill up front and then have the breather on the front instead of back. Stupid question i think i know the answer but want to make sure of it.
Heres where my holes are currently as i take everyones are

I have valve covers from a Vortec truck, and the oil filler is in the front of the drivers side, instead of rear. I simply relocated the PCV to the passenger side, where it sits up front as well. The rear of the drivers side is for the breather now.
TBI & TPI Camaros & Vettes use valve covers with the breather hole on the left, while '90 TPI Camaros, Firebirds and TBI Trucks use valve covers with the breather hole on the right. Just a bit of info there. But you can mix & match you'll just have to do some hose routing for your PCV system. When you use longer hoses with the wrong valve covers just be sure to use some gasoline or good thick grade hose so it don't suck together.

I always hated the oil filler on the rear. It makes it such a pain when you are changing it. FYI, I think 91-92 Z28 valve covers have the filler in the front and the pcv in the back. I am thinking of buying a set of those to keep the stock look while making it a lot easier to change the oil.
Hmm...I'm not sure about that. I have a '90 and to my knoledge the 91&92 look just like mine. My PCV is on the driverside closest to the nose, and the breather on the back of the passenger...
Then again don't listen to me I probly just totally missed the main question...

Only '90 TPI Camaro's , Firebirds and TBI Trucks have thefiller up frount. All TBI Camaros are the same with the filler in the rear just like yours 90RS305.

Correct. My 90 is the same as both my buddeis '91 and '92 cars.
The 91-92 Z28, aka tpi, valve covers have the filler towards the front. Late 92 cars even got black valve covers just like ours, but with the hole towards the front.
Here is a pic of a stock 1992 Camaro Z28 engine bay, with the 5 speed 305 tpi. If you look close you will notice the filler towards the front. This may have only came on the 350 autos and 305 5 speed cars though.
