Project 327 TBI

OK as some of you know over the summer i will be build a 327tbi for my 1991 RS. So far ive been on the search for parts and so far ill be rebuilng it. the top end will be stock mainfold on chevy fuelie heads (both free) gona top it off with a holley 670 tb and summit 1103 cam along with a holley mainfold. the heads are gona need to be rebuilt but it beats paying 750 bucks for s/r torquers! plus they have the same vlaves ect. just wanted to get the post started ill be geting the parts and motor within the comeing weeks. after punching in my numbers on the desktop dyno (useing it to give me a power estamate) ill be in the 406 footpounds of torque (@4000rpm) and 377hp(@5500rpm) range. this will be my first engine build and once i strt ill be shure to keep all of you posted. and thats all about i need in the engine compartment. i guesstamate it will end up being around 2,500 for odd parts andd bolts and other things like that. hopefuly this build will go great and i just cant wait to start!

It sounds like a cool project. You are going to need all new gaskets and a adapter plate. Don't forget to add those. I take it you are going to have this tuned by someone?

Don't forget that you are going to have to modify the intake bolt holes on that Holley intake. It is made for 87 and later heads. No big deal but you will have to grind a little
