Just thought I'd share with ya'll the part numbers I came up with for the 65 lb/hr injectors.
GM: 17112412 & 17084327
GP Sorenson: 800-1827N
AC Delco: 217343
Borg Warner: 57232 (new)
27637 (remanufactured)
Standard Motor Products: TJ25
KEM: 142-445
Color coding: yellow/brown
The most inexpensive injector is the KEM 142-445 through carparts.com for ~$50 each. Others range in price from ~$105 through ~$215 (as of 09/2005).
The applications these injectors can be found under are:
1990 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser 5.7L VIN#7
1990 Chevrolet Caprice 5.7L VIN#7
as well as a few others.
GM part number 17112560 is NOT a 65 lb/hr injector but a ~80 lb/hr 454 injector.
If I have left anything out please feel free to add your information.

The info on the 2412 and 2493 seems to be conflicting with the TBI injector sources I have. I don't know which one is really for the copcar or not..... so let the buyer beware.

Some comments:
VIN 7 Caprice for 1989-1992 had the 350 as the optional (but most likely) engine for the copcar, so those would certainly be the copcar LO5 with the 65 lb/hr injectors.
The 1993 Caprice VIN 7 model however could have used either the 180 fwhp civvy LO5 (in the non-police LTZ Caprice) or the 205 fwhp police LO5.... and the 65 lb/hr would have only been used in the copcar. The non-police version probably had the 61 lb/hr injectors. And the 89-90 VIN 7 models were 190 fwhp so they didn't quite need the same fuel delivery as the 92-93 model (205 fwhp).... so there is no certainty that 89-90 VIN 7 had 65 lb/hr.
C/K/G trucks also used the TBI LO5 and the last ones were rated at 210 fwhp.... so that might suggest the 65 lb/hr injectors too (from a fuel delivery viewpoint) but I've never seen that confirmed.
The only way to tell for certain, IMO, is by reading the BPW from the EPROM used with the car.... which means you need DIY EPROM tools to do it. So be careful with a VIN 7 engine and used injectors.
No Custom Cruiser had the 5.7 in 1990 -- the engine would have been the carburated 307 Y code engine.
1991-1992 Custom Cruiser (wagon) and 1991-1993 Roadmasters (sedan, wagon) and 1993 Fleetwood also used the LO5 but it was the 180 hp version (like the 93 LTZ above), so those would have been VIN 7 engines but not using the 65 lb/hr injectors.
I have a set here that I took out of a 1990 "cop" car that we owned. Guess what...... they were the 61 pounders per the numbers. So who knows what really went in what.
Don't know what the BPW is but I have the bin in my old desktop if anyone cares.

I thought about that last night after I posted on the BPW --- the only real way to tell what they are (or were) is by flow testing them.... rather than relying on the BPW stored in the EPROM. But I know more people that can read an EPROM, or read a part number or observe a color code, than can flow test injectors at the rated pressure....
FWIW,
1989-1990 LO5 9C1 was 190 fwhp.... so 61 lb/hr makes sense.
1991 LO5 9C1 was 195 fwhp. Probably still used the 61s.
1992-1993 LO5 9C1 was 205 fwhp, using the 65 lb/hr.
and 9C1 = police package (cop car) Caprice.
L-83 350 Crossfire Vettes (in 1982, 1984) were also TBI (using two single-bore TBI units) and they used 64 and 66 lb/hr IIRC.
Fast355: the last of the TBI C/K/G truck LO5s were 210 fwhp so I'm not surprised that they used 65 lb/hr. Dunno what they earlier TBI 350s were rated for power.
I've seen 210 all the way back to 87 depending on the source.
Also, what happened to the 68 lb/hr injector for 92-93?
My BPC (notice the 'C') is 120. The only way you'd find lower on an SBC TBI is if my injectors were used on an engine smaller than 350, which I highly doubt.

Dunno... I guess I've seen 65 so many times that I forgot the 68s.
BTW didn't you back out the injector mass flow rate based on the injector constants you found for various 4.3, 5.0 and 5.7 TBI engines? I think you might have had it in excel at one point.
I know I've seen reference to 40, 55, 61, 64, 65, 66 and 68 lb/hr injectors for use in 4.3 v6 and 5.0-5.7-7.4 TBI..... but I've never seen anyone back-out the "real" values based on what's inside the EPROM. Except for that one excel quick-look. Maybe it was Batman's.....

I did. Or I thought I did. Maybe it was just a text file. I actually looked for the file recently. I did re-make an injector sizing utility that was WAY more sophisticated. It did not, however, actually compute BPC.
And the text file. 68 lb/hr injectors would call for a BPC of 121.3, running them at the fuel pressure they were rated at (9-13 at least).

I call it a BPC because that's what Tunercat calls it, and because it's a constant (base pulse constant). BPWC is probably more accurate, as the constant itself is used in the calculation of the BPW...

I just bought a 89 caprice motor and trans from a true police caprice for my 90 Iroc. Could not pass up the deal. This is a tbi car so I need to know what injectors I need to run with my tpi, and if the cam in theese motors is bigger or smaller than the stoc 90 350 tpi motor. Any help would be awesome!!!
Actually it's probably older than that fast...it's the 93 1/2 ton 4wd 5.7 E6 with the wimpy 190 or so hp rating! what was gm thinking! Stock it would hardly spin the tires...unless you jacked the wheel to the right and unloaded the passenger tire...in which case it would boil it off! ...as long as you didnt straitened it out! lol
Anywhere you guys know to find a cheap set of thoose i found some on fiveo.com but they just say ltz injectors i was gonna get em but i wanna make sure im getting 65lb for the $200
