Re: Come in for a FREE tune!!!!

I want to thank you for responding to my question about tuning yourself vs taking it to a pro. I didnt realize that a pro could not get it right and that it was expensive. To answer youre question about my mods the owner before me did several things but I still havent figured out every thing he did, dont think he did much because the car is lazy off the line but it does want to take off when I get pass 50 mph. For some reason it has a 1987 rear end and my car is a 91. Can anybody tell me anything about this rearend? Sorry for sloppy spelling and these ignorant questions. I love these cars I just never realized how much technical stuff is involved. Also I dont think my tranny is slipping but my gear shifts are realy prelonged or should I say in between shifts are prelonged. Is the car just old, need a tune up, maybe my timing is off. I know this question is very generic and it could be anything but any help would be apreciated.

Open TP and read inthe XDF you want to change. Move the mouse pointer (caret) onto the left side within the selection boxes. Then right click. You can then add, edit, delte, copy, etc. an item.

RBob.

Re: Come in for a FREE tune!!!!

I will vote latest! That may disallow some earlier data however. Wide average I believe uses all. Engine should be fully heat soaked befor you datalog. Regardless you will see trends.
