Intended upgrades need insight

I am sure this has been covered before as I did spend the better part of the last two hours going through searches, but I want to make absolutely sure my daily driver isnt going to "explode".

Currently I have a stock 1991 Firebird 305.

Modifications I hope to achieve soon are:

Weiand 142
Holley 502-6
Flowmaster AM Thunder II
Fule Pump
Hypertech Chip (CA Legal) / Thermostat 160*
Swap backend for posi
Swap tranny for new one
Hood with more room

My questions are:

Will my stock be able to handle the Weiand 142 charger as long as I keep the PSI down until I can change things out? (if not what modifications will I absolutely need to make in order to get it working)

Will the Holley bolt right on?

How much power/tourqe can stock handle?

Am I crazy? lol

Anyhow, I'm not too worried about doing the work myself. Cash constraints really make me want to be sure things will be right so I am not paying for any fixes if something goes awry.

Thanks for your help in advance!

Jay

Add to that list EBL, Moates Burn 1, a cheap laptop (if you don't have one), a 2-bar MAP sensor from a Turbo Sunbird with connector, and some flash chips. You will be burning your own chips to make that combination run.

You'll need some serious custom chip tuning - the hypertech chip will be useless with that motor. You'll also need to crank up your fuel pressure or/and get "bigger" injectors.

Your bottom end should be good for 400 hp and about 6000 rpm ...above that you should look into pistons, crank, rods and main studs. Be smart with the cam choice because cylinder pressures can get high with blowers if you don't know what you're doing.

The 10-bolt rear-end will need strengthening to handle more than ~350 lb/ft torque if you have good tires (as will a 700r4 auto transmission).
