JET Chip

I was looking around wrenchhead.com just now looking at chips. I saw this.

[Stage 2 Performance Chip] Throttle Body Injection; Automatic; Modified Vehicles; For Vehicles With Low Restriction Exhaust & Low Temperature Thermostat; Provides Peak Horsepower Provide Exclusive Full Range Dynamic Spectrum Tuning Programming Of The Air/Fuel Ratio/Ignition Advance/Transmission & Various other Parameters

Where is says Provide Exclusive Full Range Dynamic Spectrum Tuning Programming of the air. . . . .

Does that mean that it comes with something to change settings? Oh another quick question, what year did the speedo become controlled by the computer?

That means they tuned the chip. Your stock chip already provides Full Range Dynamic Spectrum Tuning Programming Of The Air/Fuel Ratio/Ignition Advance/Transmission & Various other Parameters. Thats what they call double-speak or inflated laguage. Its used alot in advertising. They just take some sentance that is normal and turn it into bigger words that mean the same thing.

all that really says is "that a computer chip has been programmed to control your air/fuel ratio, ignition advance, tranny and some other stuff too". Which your stock chip does too. They just change some stuff a little, and put a huge price tag on it.

As for electric spedo control, I dont know that one, sorry.
