Does The LO3 have a roller cam?
I just got off the phone with a tech at comp cams and he suggested an extreme energy cam and flat tappet set. I thought the LO3 was equipped with a roller cam. Is it? Should I be looking for a roller cam or not?

You have a roller cam. Pass on the flat tappet cam. If you are on a budget a used LT1 cam is great. I got one from a '95 F-body.

I'll 2nd that, L03 = roller cam, but VERY WUSSY roller cam.
