Definetaly get some better heads. With your exhaust opened up and a good intake sitting on top, all you need is some better flowing heads and a cam to match.
Throw some AFR, Trick Flow, or Edelbrock heads on there and you should see a considerable gain in torque and HP. Get a cam who's lift will complement the heads and who's duration will work with the RPM range of the heads and intake. Then you'll have around a 350-400 HP engine sitting there. Keep in mind you'll need a custom chip for these mods to work good.
Hope this helps, any questions, just ask.
