I will be swapping a 1990 Caprice 350 TBI into my 1991 RS 305 TBI Camaro. Is it worth swapping the cam to an LT1 cam? Would 1.6 rockers add any better performance? Does anyone know the cam specs for the 350 TBI?

The regular Caprice 350s got the same "peanut cam" the 305 TBI's got. The cop car 350's got the L98 camshaft. Go for the LT1 cam swap.

The cam specs for the copcar 350 TBI cam, which is the same as the TPI 350 cam, are on this website.

If you compare them to the F/Y car LT1 cam, there isn't that much difference except for lift. So the copcar/TPI 350 cam plus 1.6 rockers would be very close to the specs at the valve for the F/Y LT1 cam. So IMO removing the copcar cam really isn't worth it unless you already own the LT1 cam. And there are several different LT1 cams out there --- the one you would use is the F or Y car LT1 cam, not the Bcar LT1 cam.

I already have a 95-96 Camaro LT1 cam. Would I still be better using it or just adding 1.6 rockers to the TBI cam? Would I need a tune if using the LT1 cam or 1.6 rockers?

change your heads to something that can make some power.

I say this coming from the truck world, so I don't know if the F-body TBI heads are different than truck TBI heads. I've read that the LT1 heads are basically reverse-flow vortecs. I had a 95 Z- loved it. My truck is faster...(vortec heads)
I bet your heads are stopping the cam from full potential. just an opinion
350TBI cam sucks (for top end, kicks butt down low)

for crying out loud.- you have a 305. sorry dude- they still have 305 vortec heads

you could still put some vortecs on that TBI 350 and haul azz, with the right manifold
