Good post. This gives me some new hope. Cause its really hard to make the 305 turn out 400 horse and similar torque... but forcing some air into these little torquers could really make a screamin engine!

Why would you want to mess with a weak 230 HP stock 350 TPI. Some years were 245 BTW.. A Vortec 350 with a mild cam upgrade, running TBI with a few bolt-ons and tuning will push out over 300 hp.
