dual snorkel on a TBI motor
I am tryin install a dual snorkel on my 1990 RS TBI LO3 motor, it fits but the problem now is my emission crap. I have the Chevy microfiche for thirdgens, and it call the part thats in my way air bypass valve. Do I need it, is there a way to let it just hang down, or can it be taken off???? I need HELP!!!!!!

Unless I am thinking wrong, the part you are talking about, lets excess pressure off the pump, or just lets it blow off, when the exhaust dosen't need it.

you can just remove it, and plug the vacuum line. search the forum on 'dual snorkel' and you can get some ideas from what others have done.
