Will these headers fit on my car?

Just got headers from a friend that ordered them from Summit. They are for a 70' Nova 350, but he decided on an LS1. So I get them for $100 if they fit, and hope like hell they do! So will they fit on a 91' 305 5spd Camaro?

I know I should of posted in in exhaust, but TBI guys know better fitment wise... Mod, move as you please....

Re: Will these headers fit on my car?

are they shortie headers? I would think if they work with a 70 nova 350, I would think they would work with tbi camaros too, but I could be wrong.

what do you mean about "but he decided on an LS1"? I kinda didn't understand that, but if they are for ls1, they wont work, for a tbi, are pretty much (or maybe are?) LT1 engines. but once again, I don't know exact, kinda helping you with poor information.

oh well, I told you what I know,

hopes that help a little.

Wow, sorry, I cant believe I left that out... They are long tube...

What I meant was; he has a 350 in the Nova and thats what he bought the header for, but now hes getting an LS1... So no need for the headers...

Re: Will these headers fit on my car?

I have been searching this topic for a week now and if they are long tubes then hooker 2210s are the only ones and at 509 bucks a pop too. Summit racing has shorties that will fit our cars with a manual tranny for about 100 bucks

Thanks for reporting what youve found out. I know some ppl that Im sure would trade thier shorties for some long tubes. Thier shorties are for a Camaro, and he drives a truck ...

Re: Will these headers fit on my car?

They will bolt to the engine, but I doubt they will fit the car at all. If I remember right, the nova steering linkage is rearward of the crossmember wheres it's forward of the crossmember on a thirdgen. The thirdgen engine compartment is very tight and picky as compared to the nova.
