Fluctuating idle, stalling

Ok, so i have been having an issue with stalling and rough idle and cant seem to figure out why. I currently am running a 305 tbi with 113 heads, edelbrock performer manifold and zz4 cam and have done chip burning. I have played with the fuel pressure, checked all sensors and they were all within the correct settings. Its becoming very irritating, i cant get it inspected until i get it running properly. Any help would be appreciated, i am willing to try anything to get the car to run correctly. Would the intake possibly have anything to do with the problem, it seems that ever since i swapped to the carb intake with the tbi adapter plate my idle has been off, but it could just be a coincidence.

Maybe there is a vacuum leak somewhere? A can of carb cleaner sprayed around the intake / TB while the car is running will find a leak real fast. Dont forget to check all the vacuum lines everywhere to. You might also make sure the distributer is tight and has not moved.
