Car: 88 Formula Engine: 305 TBI Transmission: 700R4 Axle/Gears: 2.73 | start issue
I'm having a starting issue on my 88 formula.
I drive around, everythings fine, i turn it off, come back in 20 mins, and it cranks and starts then dies, only way to fix it is to give it gas, then it's fine, has all power aswell.
I dont mind giving it gas ( haha ) but it's weird, bad gas maybe? dunno it's 93 octane shell, it has new starter, alt, and ignition system, as it starts up fine, just dies when it's sat for a bit and hot.
it used to only do it like once a month on a odd day, also if i come back after 5 mins it starts, longer it's worse, untell it cools off of course. | | | |
