Swirl port head comparison

I have a 383 TBI that has ProTopline Swirl Port Heads (driect replacement for GM # 14102193 350 TBI heads). Does anyone know if the ProToplines are any better than the GM castings? They clearly still have the intake "ramp" in the port, I just am hoping that they are designed better that what I read about the stock ones.

thanks,
Keith

Hate to be the one to say it but those just look like warmed over stock 193 heads.

Yah, that's what I thought, but was hopping someone had different experiance w/ them. They are sold as direct 193 replacements.
Time to start saving the pennies for new heads. Maybe next year.
