New to TBI

I know this is a F-body Forum but everyone I've talked to recommends this site for Fuel injected GM's

I'm a GM truck nut but I've never really modded a TBI I've had a few but they were drivers and were trouble free so I just left them alone

My new project is a 91 V3500 with a TBI 350 and a 4L80E trans
So far I've added a Edelbrock TBI intake, TB spacer , Injector pod spacer, open element K&N, 3" exhaust from the y-pipe back ,and a "stage 2" chip I got from my buddy . it runs really good and has ok power but when I hook up my 22ft car trailer and load my off road rig things go from ok to suck

I have a Holley 77-144CSBE supercharger for 88-95 chevy TBI that I might install along with some full length hooker headers and new Y-pipe. and at the same time do a LT1 cam swap and and set of 906 casting vortec heads

OR I was thinking about using the 383 I just built it started as a 300hp Vortec marine engine .

Callies dragon slayer crank
Eagle 6" H-beam rods
GM Vortec "bowtie" heads
and the LT4 hot cam
JE pistons
9.8 to 1 compression

Guys I'm dumb when it comes to TBI I really need some help here

Re: New to TBI

Truth is that whatever you choose to do you are going to have to tune the ECM. A stock tune won't run a 383 or a supercharger very well. Read the sticky from BMmontess on a "Free Tune".
