its really hard to get the inside of your engine clean without taking it all apart. id say seafoam is a good bet, you dont have to use it through a vacuum hose like you see, you can actually just pour it into your oil before your doing an oil change, and run it for alittle while with it in there, then rain it all out. i myself have never done that, i just dont feel that good about letting some random liquid floating around with my oil. but anyways you can either put it in your oil, or your gas, or through a vacuum hose.
