Hard Start and Hesitation - Third Generation F-Body Message Boards

Ok I have 2 problems:

1. The days in Charleston are now nice and hot. When the car sits at work for 8-9 hours and I go to start the car it turns over fine but acts like it isn't getting fuel. What I have noticed is that if I turn the ignition on and off 3-4 times (leaving it "on" a few seconds before turning off) it will start right up. It also starts just fine in the morning. Ideas?

2. My car is also slightly hesitating during medium acceleration. If I am going about 35-40 and accelerate to 55-60 I can feel a slight hesitation as I accelerate (almost like the car has a pulsation or tugging feel to it). I have also noticed that if I am running the A/C that after 5-10 minutes if I pull to a stop the car almost acts like it is going to cut off and if I go to accelerate it almost shuts off. Ideas?

omg i feel your pain. im having a similar issue with my car as well. in your case it kinda sounds to me that you are losing fuel pressure when the car sits
