I would have the chip tuned for the new 350. TBI unit shoud be fine. The injectors could be fine with a pressure bump to the regulator. Make sure the fuel pump is FLOWING enough fuel, not just making pressure. If you haven't done full exhaust by now, its time.
To do it right, you will want to get a chip programmed. However, as long as you swap over all the sensors and hook everything up correctly, the car will be drivable while you get better at tuning/tweaking. I wouldn't push it to its limits, but it'll drive. I never got around to tuning for the 400sbc I swapped in after my 305 died, but I was able to drive the car around for a few months until I eventually swapped over to a carbed setup.
definitely read the sticky for the best option though.

I believe the chip you put in would have to be intended for your particular computer. These comuters are identified by the last three numeric digits of the GM number on the computer case. A common one is "746" I don't know if yours is "746" or not.
So if the 2 computers are different GM numbers, I would not expect the chips to be interchangeable. Also some cars have VATS (the microchip in the ignition key) and some do not, so the chip would need to match the new application in that regard as well.
Pretty much once you go beyond an exhaust system and air cleaner upgrade, it starts to become time to think about a custom chip for these cars.
If the 350 is from a stock TBI application and not modified internally, you could probably get a mail-order chip made for it. But if it's not from a TBI vehicle or if it's got performance internals, I'd suggest custom tuning it. If you go that route, read the "COME IN FOR A FREE TUNE" sticky at the top of the TBI forum.
