vortec tbi 350 problems

i changed my heads on my tbi 350 to vortec heads and the motor hesitates when you punch it everything is fine if you just drive normal. a little bit about the motor

stock vortec heads
holly 670 tbi
edelbrock vortec intake with adapter
vortec fuel pump

and everything else is pretty much stock

im wondering if the tps is off by a little bit right now it is at .50 closed and a little over 4.0 WOT

also my rapid fire vortec plugs are gaped at 35

im not sure how many turns on the regulator equals what psi but it did not seem to change the problem when i adjusted it.
any help or ideas would be great this thing is really getting to me

thanks

Needs a tune. TPS is fine. Needs a cam too for benefit of heads choice. Needs more fuel too. consider a topdown solutions FPR spring.
