059 Vortec head improvement on my stock 1991 305 TBI
I have a set of Vortec 059 heads, they need valve seals, and springs, but they're very clean. I'm considering putting them on my 305 TBI, as well as a set of short Hedman headers. What kind of improvement would I see from stock?

We know that EGR crossover (i think it is) is an issue for Vortec heads on "standard" SBCs, so that would solve one issue.
I was considering the aluminum one, and deleting the EGR from the PROM (My cousin knows how to do that stuff) It's the emmisions testing up here in Ontario that's worrying me though.
