This has been posted in many treads, the stock TB starts chocking at around 280fwhp http://www.thirdgen.org/techboard/po...488-post2.html
In this case if your 350 is not making over 275FWHP and someone would swap your TB for a stock or ultimate modded one you would probably never notice.
On the other hand, you would notice if someone would play with your tune and fueling.
