fuel filter

i tryed to take off my old one, and its rusted on, how can i get it off, anyone?

Spray on some PB or other rust eater and wait a while then spray again and wait, then spray again etc then try again to remove.
No other way to remove it unless you want to spend a few days on fabricating parts.
