not positive on this one, but i believe it will more or less cause a very LOW rpm torque curve. You'll get alot of power down low, but it will probably sign off by 4500 rpm or less. I know they make truck cams with the same theory in mind, use short duration and huge lift to make lots of torque down low...
not postive, just my guess...
