How does moisture get inside the distributor cap up along the terminals.. I know its condensation but where is the moisture getting in at? Anybody else have this problem?

From blowby that condenses in the crankcase.... some of which is almost inevitable. It often rises to the highest points in the engine during short trips, before the whole motor is hot enough to boil it off.
A properly functioning PCV system minimizes it.

Thanks RB it has been kind of wet here the last few days. So the engine when it gets warm will boil this off right. What adverse effects would this have on the engines performance. I ask cause we all know that water and electric dont mix well in this case
