Could a bad starter blow fuse

I've got this problem that almost everytime I start the car, she blows a the gauge fuse, I did a search and checked EGR, AIR, and anything else I could think of, and didn't find anything that seemed related. I've had an oil leak that looks like its coming from directly above the starter, and the starter itself will grind and click and make all kinds of nasty sounds when the car is warm, and that's when it blows the fuse. If I let the car sit for a couple of hour, the starter sounds good and the fuse doesn't blow, so as said above. Could a bad starter be shorting out the wires, or maybe the oil is heating up and shorting them out. I have no clue. Please Help

Your starter relay could be going bad. I would take a look at it. Your starter could have a heat soak problem too. Take it off and get it tested too, and while there, locate that oil leak. It's very possible that oil is causing damage to the starter.
