Will a Weiland Stealth Manifold/Holley Carb, and a 3in Open element fit

under my stock Camaro hood? I just ordered a Stealth intake and was wondering if I am going to have clearance problems. I also have a Holley carb and 3in. Edelbrock Air cleaner with an indented(forgot the right name) base. Will this fit under a stock Camaro hood

You mean a drop base aire cleaner? I have an Edelbrock Performer Intake, Stock TBI, and a 3" K&N open element(non-drop) and it is really close it make and indentation in the hood insulation.i don't know how much thicker if any a Carb is than my TBI But I would assume it's the same size. So you will be close, the Weiand prolly sits as high if not higher than the Edelbrock I have. You will most likey have to cut the Hood insulation out or cut a hole in it for your air cleaner to sit in.

Later,
lars

the carb is taller than a tbi, youll need to run either a drop base 14x3 or a flat base 14x2. Jester runs your same combo

BTW its Weiand no L

I have a stealth intake, holley carb, and a 14x3 K&N drop base air cleaner. It fits without a problem. Just make sure you don't have an extra long stud sticking out of the carb to attach the wing nut and you should be fine.
