Well we pulled out the lg4 today and went to swap the heads onto my new motor and the casting numbers are 081 and not 416. 081 castings were for TBI right? I'm almost 100% positive that the previous owner didn't swap the heads. He barely even knew how to change the oil. But anyway, why would my car have these are they are really gonna restrict this 350 till I get my vortecs aren't they?

Right, 081s were used starting in 87 on LG4, LB9, and L69 (Monte Carlo).
Their flow and port design and all that is very similar to the 416. They use center bolt valve covers and have the later model intake bolt angle, that's about all that's different.
