(more like .5"H20 to 1" H20.) Crankcase pressure is high(er) so crankcase air still flows into the intake through the PCV while@ WOT.
Air always flows from high pressure to low pressure.
If intake manifold vacuum @ WOT was 0, no air would flow into the engine at all. The only time the intake manifold vacuum is 0 is when the motor is not running. | | | |
