Replacment 350 (gm) what kind of cam does it have?

Is it a flat tappet?

The GM Goodwrench 350 #10067353 comes with the LM-1 flat tappet cam. The specs are as follows:

194 intake, 202 exhaust duration @ .050

.383 intake, .401 exhaust lift with 1.5 rockers

112 LSA

Pretty sad don't you think?
