Is the Comp Cams 274 too big for my 350?

I am very interested in the Comp Cams 274: it has 230/236 duration and .487/.490 lift. I am wondering if you think it's TOO BIG for my heads(cast iron L98)? CHP did a test with L98 heads that used a 268 cam it features 224/230 duration. The cam worked wonderfully loosing no low end. I am not afraid of losing a few lbs of torque below 3000rpm just not a ton. My car is relatively light weighing only 3465 w/driver, and geared very well. A list of the mods impacting on the cam are listed below. Thanks. - JDMZ28

It should work just fine with no problems. Factory springs are marginal for that cam. Use the ones comp recomends.
