serpentine belt re-route after smog and A/C delete

I have a bone stock '91 RS with a TBI 305. I am going to remove the A/C and smog pump. How do I go about re-routing the serpentine belt without switching the water pump to a non-serpentine one?

You can reroute the belt if you remove the air pump. There is a tech article on this site that shows a pic of the new routinging, using a different lenth belt.
I you want to remove the AC,you have to get a dummy pulley from GM.This pully was in the non-AC F-bodies.It goes where the AC was, and weighs about 2 lbs.
Email me if you want the GM part#.Its about $30 From you dealer. I have this setup on my 90 TA.

There's also a pulley to replace your smog pump. It is p/n 10186167, available from any GM parts counter. Here's a pic of it installed on my '92 RS:

Get this pulley and the A/C delete pulley and you can use the stock serpantine belt in the stock routing.

you can use the exsisting idler pulley, just have to go OVER it, and also change the upper radiator hose to autozones number XL449, its from a 69 camaro. If you like I can send you a pic of the way it is on my 92.
