Manley proflo How do they really help power????

I have change my stock vortec valves for manley proflo ones.How many HP i will gain???Since they have a steam cut to help the air flo.

But for now i just drop a POWERFULL
L69 with a 3.42:1 gear to moove the car

Actual power gain will depend on a lot more than the valves. The port design, total valve lift, valve timing, and chamber/piston design will affect intake flow greatly. The Race-Flo or Pro-Flo valves will only minimize the restriction imposed by the valve stem in the valve bowl.

It certainly can't hurt, but I doubt that anyone will be able to attach a definite "HP gain" number to the change.
