Does anyone know the part reference number of that relay? Where is it possible to find a replacement for that part? I can't think of anywhere else besides a dealer.
Thanks for the help.

Careful...don't assume. I did this recently and got myself into trouble.
I can't speak for all years but in 1987, the MAF power relay is different from the burnoff and fuel pump relays. The power relay has an internal connection between two terminals that the burnoff and fuel pump relays do not have.
Willie, are you sure? I had to replace my MAF relays on my old '87 GTA and the two MAF relays were the same. The FP relay was different, however, so is the one in my '89 GTA.

I am absolutely, positively sure that in my 1987 Camaro, the MAF power relay is unique. The part number, 10067925 and "MAF POWER" is stamped in red. The part number for the fuel pump and burnoff relays, 10094701 is stamped in white.
I also do know that all three relays are the same in some other year third gens but don't have specifics. Maybe Pontiac used the same relays in 1987. I say this because the 1987 Corvette used the same, but the Camaro didn't. (Don't have a clue why.)
My shop schematics show the internal relay circuitry and they are different as I previously described.
Some of the relays are SPDT, and some loads only required a SPST, so rather than go for uniformity, some cars got only one SPDT. My '86 TA has both MAF power and burnoff relays the same, but a SPST fuel pump relay - go figure.
