We put sofseals in our 83Z 2 years ago. They fit like a dream and are working fine. Got them from Classic Ind. The kit came with the seals that go on the car and the seals that go on the T-top, as well as replacement plastic for the thin rubber strips that hang out over the rubber gasket on the T-top (less than $200).

I just got mine today!!! After much looking around, I decided to just get the GM replacement from a dealer. After tax and all, it was $218.00. I can't understand the extreme differences in prices on these seals from different sites as I looked around for the best price. I ordered the seals only- that is the one on each side that goes in the channels on each end of the window and around the T-top cutout. The metal channels for the weatherstrip are a discontinued item, so take care when removing your old seal from them. I had seen other aftermarket kits for as high as $150.00 per side, but I don't think the quality would be any better than the OEM ones.

I got mine from classic camaro. They were $150 for the T-Top wetherstrip pices and new plastic awning plus the main door-T-top weatherstrip piece. The kit is an actual GM kit designed as a replacement for our cars. The T-Top to car weatherstrip piece is now an ovelapping piece instead of a butt joint piece (as was on my car) and the awning is now plastic instead of rubber.

Give these guys a call:

numbers are at the bottom of the page. Classic Camaro is part of classic industries. They are the same.

WOW! Was that 150.00 per side, or for both sides?? I hate it when I end up paying more than I needed to! The main door weatherstrip piece on mine is part of the whole thing, not a separate piece. I never have the luck.
