Will an AC Delco IAC require adjustment before installation??

I'm going to buy a new Idle Air Control motor tomorrow and just wanted to know if they come preadjusted or not?? I plan on buying an AC Delco IAC

The plunger should be bottomed out before installing. I think one can push in on the plunger gently to seat it.

Search this site for setting base idle before plugging IAC connector.
