I am having the same problem! My PCV system should be termed "OSS" for Oil Suction System

At first I thought this was due to the baffleless Wysco valve covers I put on , so I bolted in a baffle to deflect away oil from the PCV. Result, oil still gets sucked into the PCV and then into the intake. Next , I tried adding a Moroso oil separator/breather inline w/ the PCV, still oil in the PCV!!! :MAD:
Some things I should mention, I have Total Seal Piston rings (Gapless 2nd), 383 cu. in., and the cam has a 112 deg lobe separation. There is approx. 10-12 inches of vacuum through the PCV and 15 inches of vacuum through other vacuum ports.
With these total seal rings I am forcing myself to think that the leak down is in fact around or even < than 2% as the company claims. (After I do a leak down test I'll know for sure). I am thinking that these rings generate so much positive pressure in the crank case that oil gets forced up into the valve train area as well as in the lifter valley (which would also explain a newly developing leak at the rear of the intake -which occurred while beating a supercharged mustang senseless!!!!!

)
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
