Try www.partsamerica.com or www.autozone.com or www.napaonline.com for starters, that'll get you a part # so you can bypass the "blank stare at the counter" phase of the project

whats the difference between a power steering return hose and a power steering pressure hose.

how do i know which one it is?

pressure hose or High pressure line, is what you are pointing to. It has a fitting on each end. The other line, is the one that connects at the pump and has a hose clamp.
