1990 oldsmobile 98 regency brougham fuse block wiring schematics needed!!!

1990 oldsmobile 98 regency brougham fuse block wiring schematics needed!!!
and or fuse usage label.

The problem is that my battery wont hold a charge. to make a long story short
The #11 fuse circut or the 20 amp-chime/cig ltr/radio/pwr ant was draining the battery when the fuse was in that #11 spot in the fuse block. so I pulled it no power loss any more. Except now my air conditioning dont work !! so the "fuse usage" sticker label isn't the right one . And to come and find on the net that later on that year of 1990 their was a recall on that car to REVISE THAT STICKER. so 1990 oldsmobile 98 regency brougham fuse block wiring schematics needed!!!

By the way my sticker reads 1988 not 1990 What The F#$% !!

please help email jpatpi@hotmail.com sorry mods please help a bro out.please
