Aluminum head removal questions

I have a set of AFR 195 street heads on my current 355 small block Chevy. My
question is, is there any specific sequence to removing the heads from the
motor? I want to reduce the risk of warping the heads or doing any other
damage? If any of these are even a possibility. They are bolted on with ARP
head studs and were torqued in the specified torque values/sequence included
in the directions.Do I just reverse the installation sequence and untorque
them in set reverse torque steps in the opposite pattern they were torqued
in?Or just unbolt them.I am freshening the motor up with new rings and
bearings and just want to remove the heads, clean them and reinstall them
with new valve springs as they only have about 5k miles on them.TIA

Just unbolt them and set them on a towel or something, there is no specific sequence, just don't scratch the deck. But I'm anal about these type of things. They won't warp, either. Warping comes from heat. There won't be any combustion heat when you are yanking the heads. At least, I hope there isn't. Otherwise, yankig the heads is the least of your problems.
