EngineTech Rebuild Kits

Does anyone know anything about the 350 rebuild kit made by EngineTech and sold in JcWhitney? It incled the following..
1) Complete gaskets
2) Pistons (Cast)
3) Rings
4) All bearings
for a 86-95 350
Can be orderd with oversize bearings and pistons.
Price 189.95?

Any one use this kit? What have you guyes used and the price of the kit.

no idea about them but that would be about the last place i'd look for parts. you can get quality name brand parts from any number of suppliers. any hot rod magazine has several ads for kits plus jegs and other preformance parts suppliers.

The kits are made with grant rings and clevite or michigan bearings. Not too bad, but half of the gaskets have to be thrown away. Never use those head gaskets, intake or exhaust gaskets from the kit.

For a few extra bucks, Summit has a better kit with fel-pro gaskets, and better rings.
